Seeker uses advanced technology to help find your stolen items.
Seeker checks online retail platforms and second-hand retailers for items reported stolen that have been listed for sale. Depending on your preference, the tech can run searches between a 1-month and a 3-month period. Seeker is built to be accurate and comprehensive — we can't guarantee to find your item, but our tech checks every listing it can reach on the platforms we search.

Add photos and serial numbers from your Seeker Dashboard the moment your report is in.
Find
The Seeker technology searches online retail platforms — eBay, Gumtree and Facebook Marketplace — for a match for your stolen item(s). Preloved will be added soon.
On Advanced Patrol and Ultimate Search, we also alert our partner second-hand stores, in case they're offered your item. Alerts share item details and photos only, never your name or contact details.

Recover
If we find a match, it's important you have proof of ownership to give to the police or your insurance company.

Every search comes with your own Seeker portal, so everything about your search is in one place. Log in any time to see updates on our progress, the searches we've carried out and any possible matches to your stolen item.
If we don't find your item
You can extend the search for a longer period — the longer the window, the more chances we have to spot your item as it surfaces on a marketplace.
